No Refund or Return Policy

All sales are final. Please note that the items are made to order and, as such, we do not offer returns or refunds. We encourage you to double-check your sizes and selections before completing your order to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Exceptions
While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do consider the following exceptions on a case-by-case basis:
- Defective or Damaged Item(s): If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. You may be eligible for a replacement.
- Incorrect Item(s): If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days. We will review your claim and may send the correct item at no additional cost.
- Item(s) arrived past the event date if ordered within the time frame before the store closes.
3. Eligibility for Exceptions
To be eligible for any exceptions, you must:

- Include photos of the defective or incorrect item, and a description of the issue.
4. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this no refund or return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Cancellation Policy
Please email [email protected] within 2 days of placing the order to cancel.
Please provide your order number.
Orders made after the the cut off date will not qualify for cancellation.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, a refund will be issued in the original form that the payment was made.
